AS Sunorek collects personal data for the following purposes:

– To fulfil a customer’s order/sales contract and to contact the customer;

– In addition, we gather feedback on the products/services provided and send newsletters about similar products/services that have been sold.

The customer has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (by clicking on the link provided in the newsletter or by submitting an application to AS Sunorek).

Where and what data we collect

Customer data are collected when an offer or order is drawn up in the showroom or during contact via e-mail. Data are stored for as long as is required to fulfil the order/sales contract and during the related warranty period.

The personal data we process are the customer’s first name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, and delivery or legal address.

How your personal data are protected

AS Sunorek places great value on the privacy of its customers. The company does everything within its power to protect personal data from unlawful use, loss, amendment, publication or acquisition and from being accessed without permission.

Customers have the right to access to their own data, the right to rectification and erasure of their data, the right to restrict the processing of their data, the right to submit complaints in regard to the processing of their data and the right to data portability.
